Where Have We Been??? Sorry!

They’re Getting Better & Better!

Hi everyone,

I apologise once more for the lack of posts but we’ve tended to keep in touch via our emails!  But for a quick update I wanted to post here today to say how very impressed I am with the classes and the people doing them.  We’ve had new people coming in and its been great to see the interaction and camaraderie shared by all!

The biggest thrill is just how improved everyone is.  Its satisfying in any normal class to see improvement – but in my bootcamps I see the improved form, strength, balance, explosive power and also body composition of the attendees and total credit goes to each one of them for doing this with a smile on their faces.

This really is becoming the most enjoyable use of an hour on Monday & Thursday nights!

We began and it was – GREAT!

Well we began once the illness had left the building and with new faces added to the group we kicked off.  At time of writing we are three sessions in, new moves and timing protocols are being added and going great…

The weather is getting warmer so we’ll be heading outside soon!

BootCAMP 2 – Begins…well almost!

Hi there,

Well we were scheduled to begin the next bootcamp (the real one!) Monday March 1st – but as with all things, it did not go according to plan!

Frustratingly I got the flu – bad! Couldn’t move, get up or even wash myself….joking on the last one :)

But I was unfortunately in no position to teach. But never mind, the class has a week to prepare for our official beginning on March 8th (we’ll dd a make up class in the month)

So until then, be well and I look forward to training you all on the 8th.

Sessions 6,7,8 & 9 were GREAT!

Yeah yeah – I missed putting up the regular updates, I’ve been sick!  Thats my excuse :)

Anyhow, we are nearing the end of our introductory bootcamp and so far I’ve been nothing but impressed with not only people’s performance AND improvement but als othe sheer amount of fun we are having.   It really is a great laugh!

I am going to put together Thursdays Station Sessions – We’ll likely be going through the previous session plan as we are now aiming on getting some continuity so we can see improvement on particular exercises…

I feel you are all getting a great knowledge base of the exercises as well as a great ‘arsenal of different exercises’.

We will be kicking off at 6.30 SHARP – so be there and get ready to get any dissapointment out of your system if you are a JETS or a VIKINGS fan…

If you follow the SAINTS or The COLTS – you are still expected to attend – But NO BRAGGING!
